If you want to cut your waist line, there is a simple way on how to do it. When you’re eating, I am sure you are using your favorite plate, bowl or the usual size of dining plate.
Instead of using a big plate or bowl, get the smaller one and be sure you will not add more food on your plate or bowl when it is empty.
Do not attempt to add more even if the food is your favorite food. Stand up from the table, and put the bowl in the dish washer.
Do this in a week and I can guarantee you guys that you will have a flat tummy without going to the gym.
